Alex recently picked up and cleaned 2 area rugs, one purchased from Taylor and Taylor and a wool one from another store. They came back looking gorgeous and bright! Alex is great to work with, very professional and knowledgeable.

I was re-designing my bedroom. I had two rather large rugs that were being replaced. I needed the existing rugs cleaned so that I could use them elsewhere in the house. I called Taylor and Taylor, and Alex could not have been more professional or more helpful. He not only removed the rugs that needed to be cleaned, but he also carried the new rugs up the stairs and put them in place in the bedroom - no easy feat! He also cut one of the rug pads to fit one of the new rugs which was smaller than the rug that it was replacing. I cannot believe how Alex went above and beyond any of my expectations! I also cannot recommend him highly enough!
